Registration

We are now accepting and renewing memberships for the 2016-2017 Cub Scout year!

Please bring your applications or renewals to your next den meeting or to the next Pack meeting, which will be on Tuesday October 25th in the Lincoln School cafeteria at 6:30 pm.

Returning members (Cub and adult) do NOT need to complete an official BSA application form but new members do. We will have some forms at the Scout House and pack meeting if you need them.

We have a series of forms that we would like you to print out and complete for our own information purposes and you’ll find all of those linked below. Please bring them with your membership fees. If you need to pick up forms at the Scout House, please bring your checkbook, child’s immunization records and car insurance details to help complete the necessary paperwork.

Annual registration fees include one adult registration per family but we recommend that ALL adults who are likely to be involved register so that you will be covered by BSA insurance at activities.

All adults who register are required to complete the BSA’s Youth Protection Training and must produce a training certificate with their membership application or renewal. Please go to the BSA website to find out more information about how and why you should complete this course.

The fee for the first Cub AND one adult partner combination is $95. Additional siblings may renew for $35 each. Additional adults may register for $25 per person. Please make checks payable to “BSA Pack 788”.

The required forms are:

  • BSA Annual Health and Medical Record – Parts A and B are REQUIRED for each registered child and adult, along with a photocopy of your current medical insurance card. Part C is RECOMMENDED, especially for Cub Scouts planning to attend resident camp over the summer.
  • Youth Protection Training completion certificate – required for each registering adult.
  • BSA Youth Application and/or BSA Adult Application – this is only required for new members or current members who have been told they need to re-register.
